  • Therapy Requests for Teenagers
    Therapy treatment for teenagers 13 years old and above will be considered if the following requirements are met: The teenager (the client) must genuinely express a willingness to seek help and able to navigate technology without interfering with the session. They should also have access to a private, calm and safe space for therapy. If possible, both parents should support their child's therapy journey by acknowledging their need for help and sharing responsibilities to sustain treatment. When booking the first session, a parent or legal guardian should fill out the Booking Form to provide informed consent. Using the message box, please express the help needed in a concise and direct way, as well as sharing any relevant background information about the teen.
  • Booking Form Requirement
    To register as a new client you must complete the Booking Form, providing acknowledgment of the informed consent. This is an essential step to legally initiate our psychotherapeutic work together. This form only needs to be completed once during the booking process for your first session. There is no need to repeat the booking process once it is done appropriately. All personal contact information provided helps establish direct communication, schedule sessions and process payments. Using the Booking Calendar, you can easily select the best next available spot that aligns with your preferred day, schedule, and energy. The therapist will then continue to schedule your subsequent appointments according to your own rhythm and individual pace.

    MINDLOVE offers therapy sessions in both English and Spanish. Bilingual psychotherapist, Paula García Chaves, born in Costa Rica, can provide online therapy to speakers of these languages from all around the world.
  • Economical Therapy Session Rate Explained
    ***Please note that currently no insurances are accepted.*** Are there any differences between the Economical session rate and the Total session rate? No, there are no differences in the quality and efficiency of the treatment provided based on the rate you are able to pay. You are free to choose this payment option to book your first session if needed to start your Booking process now. During the first session this rate will be discussed and established directly with the therapist. The differences in rate are meant to accommodate various budget limitations in order to ensure that therapy remains accessible to more people. Join us in creating a better and kinder future for all.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
