  • Therapy Requests for Teenagers
    Therapy treatment for teenagers 13 years old and above will be considered if the following requirements are met: The teenager (the client) must genuinely express a willingness to seek help and be able to navigate technology without it interfering with the session. They should also have access to a private, calm, and safe space for therapy. If possible, both parents should support their child's therapy journey by acknowledging their need for help and sharing responsibility for session payments. When booking the first session, a parent or legal guardian should fill out the Booking Form to provide informed consent. In the message box, clearly express the help needed in a concise and direct way, as well as sharing relevant background information about kid.
  • Booking Form Requisite
    Registering yourself as a new client throughout the Booking Form Page and providing acknowledgment of the informed consent is an essential step to legally initiate our psychotherapeutic work together. This form only needs to be completed once during the booking process for your first session. All personal contact information asked helps establish direct communication, schedule sessions and process payments. Using the Booking Calendar, you can easily select the best available spot that aligns with your preferred day, schedule, and energy. Once you have completed the booking process, you will not need to repeat it. I will then continue to schedule your subsequent appointments according to your own rhythm and individual pace.
  • In what Languages is therapy provided?
    MINDLOVE offers therapy sessions in both English and Spanish. Our bilingual psychotherapist, Paula García Chaves, born in Costa Rica, can provide online therapy to speakers of these languages from all around the world.
  • Economical Therapy Session Rate
    Is there any difference when I pay the Economical session rate compared to paying the total session rate? No, there are no differences in the quality and efficiency of the treatment provided based on the rate you are able to pay. The different rates offered intend to accommodate various budget possibilities and to ensure that therapy remains accessible to more people. This initiative is driven by the belief in giving back to society and recognizing the global economic and mental health crises we face. Please note that all rates, regardless of the amount, contribute equally to participating in the Donations Program. Join us in creating a better and kinder future for all.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Who is the founder and therapist?
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
