To register as a new client you must complete the Booking Form, providing acknowledgment of the informed consent. This is an essential step to legally initiate our psychotherapeutic work together.
This form only needs to be completed once during the booking process for your first session. There is no need to repeat the booking process once it is done appropriately. All personal contact information provided helps establish direct communication, schedule sessions and process payments.
Using the Booking Calendar, you can easily select the best next available spot that aligns with your preferred day, schedule, and energy. The therapist will then continue to schedule your subsequent appointments according to your own rhythm and individual pace.
Please request a 15-Minute Free Call Consultation if you are a parent or guardian searching for psychotherapy treatment for your teenager children 13 years old and above. If approved the therapy sessions for the teenager will last 30-minutes and cost half regular rate price.
Requirements:
The teenager (the client) must genuinely express a willingness to seek help and be able to navigate technology without interfering with the session or getting distracted. They should also have access to a private, calm and safe space for therapy.
When booking the first session, a parent or legal guardian should fill out the Booking Form to provide informed consent. Using the message box, please provide relevant personal information about the teen like name, age, overall state, previous or current diagnosis and treatments.
