MINDLOVE Online Therapy

Frequently Asked Questions
MINDLOVE offers a safe, confidential, and trauma-informed virtual therapeutic space where your inner narratives, emotions, questions, and lived experiences are met with care and professional attention. Therapy here is not about fixing you or giving quick answers, but about creating the conditions for understanding, regulation, and meaningful change to unfold.
Through compassionate, evidence-based, and depth-oriented work, we explore emotional suffering, relational patterns, and life transitions at a pace that respects your nervous system and personal history. By choosing to step into this space, you are prioritizing your well-being in a way that supports not only personal relief, but also greater clarity, agency, and connection with yourself and with others.
MINDLOVE provides online therapy sessions in both English and Spanish. Sessions are offered by bilingual psychotherapist Paula García Chaves, allowing clients to work in the language that feels most natural and emotionally accessible to them.
MINDLOVE offers therapy in a secure virtual setting, allowing you to connect from anywhere in the world with internet access. This format supports continuity, privacy, and flexibility across different lifestyles, time zones, and life circumstances.
Whether you are an expat, traveler, digital nomad, someone living in a remote or isolated area, or moving between cities or countries for work or family reasons, this space is designed to support you.
Wherever you are, and wherever you are from, if you have landed here, you are welcome to reach out and explore availability and fit.
To begin therapy as a new client, you will be asked to complete the Booking Form, which includes acknowledgment of informed consent. This step is required to formally and ethically initiate the therapeutic process together.
The Booking Form only needs to be completed once, during the scheduling of your first session. Once it has been submitted, there is no need to repeat the process. The personal contact information you provide allows for direct communication, session scheduling, and payment processing.
After your first session, appointments are scheduled collaboratively, following your own rhythm, needs, and individual pace.
MINDLOVE currently works exclusively with adult clients aged 18 and over. Individual therapy for minors is not offered at this time.
However, teenagers and kids may be included as part of Family Therapy when appropriate and with the involvement and consent of their legal guardian. If you are unsure whether Family Therapy may be a good fit for your situation, you are welcome to reach out to discuss options.
